Solutions
Chart Helper specializes in unlocking the full potential of your Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) system with the mantra of One Less ClickTM at the forefront of everything we do. We’re building a suite of tools to supplement your current products, giving you more features and opportunities to treat patients instead of spending tedious time filling out paperwork. Here’s a taste of what’s to come.METRICS (available now to select practices)
Our first product is an enterprise-ready and feature-rich metrics system catered specifically with healthcare in mind. It’s filled with trend lines, dashboards, and graphs, so you can monitor the progress of your goals, metrics, and KPI’s. Perform comparisons between employees/teams to see where everyone stands, their contributions/value to the company, and where bonuses or training opportunities may be needed. Let us pull the operational and financial data right out of your EHR to reveal the hidden gems and red flags within your practice, which could lead to revenue opportunities and cost-saving measures. Perhaps even save lives and improve patient care along the way (that’s sort of our goal at Chart Helper).
RESEARCH AND REFERRAL HELPER (coming later in 2024)
Are you bogged down with faxes and the deluge of data? We can sift through the clutter and pull out high priority (“real disease”) patients from your stacks of referrals and existing datasets so you can treat them faster and enroll them in additional programs and research studies. While we’re at it, we can pinpoint emergencies or patients who are non-compliant and may need that gentle nudge to come back to the fold.
EASY BUTTON FOR MIGRATING FROM ONE EHR TO ANOTHER
We deal in data, so the natural evolution of our proprietary technology lends itself to marrying EHRs together, so why not create an easy button to exchange data or even migrate systems? That’s one thing we’re currently building.
That’s all we can share right now but lots of exciting things are coming in the future, including products to speed up charting and scheduling.
