Nobody likes to be “nickel and dimed.” In 2024, as we introduce our products and select our participants, we’re giving steep discounts and flat-rate pricing as a thank you for joining our initiative to improve healthcare everywhere. In addition, all practices (i.e. “foundational members”) in 2024 who enroll in the Donate Data to Cure Disease Fund will be grandfathered into this “ground-floor” pricing for 5 years. What will you receive during that time? Access to ALL products we release at no additional cost. Yes, really! That’s how committed we are to our vision of changing the world.
FLAT-RATE PRICING:
$100/month per full-time physician/therapist/specialist
$60/month per full-time mid-level (i.e. physician assistant, nurse practitioner, APC/APP)
$50/month per part-time provider (physician, nurse, etc. working 20 or less hours per week)
DISCOUNTS:
30% discount for the first six months (limited-time offer for new customers in 2024).
20% discount if you enroll in the Donate Data to Cure Disease FundTM (no cost to you).
Example introductory price with both discounts:
$100 - 50% = $50/month per full-time physician/therapist/specialist
$60 - 50% = $30/month per full-time mid-level
$50 - 50% = $25/month per part-time provider
Initial Setup Fee: We’re waving these in 2024 (requests for special customizations or expedited service will be extra).
Customizations: When practical, we will implement your suggestions into the product for free. If you have something larger and specific in mind for your practice, we can create a special project with our development team to build something fantastic for you at a competitive price.
DONATE DATA TO CURE DISEASE FUND
Let’s be frank. Our end goal of curing diseases might not be in line with your board’s directive to raise revenue but we understand the perennial concept of the "Invisible Hand” of economics (through individual self-interest, the best interests of society are fulfilled). So if we can help you to reduce costs and increase profits, while optimizing patient care, adding much-needed features to your EHR, and actually reclaiming precious minutes from your day, we think together we can both achieve our goals. We call our initiative the “Donate Data to Cure Disease FundTM.” It’s easy, secure, and HIPAA-compliant, since protected health information (PHI) is de-identified and aggregated. Ironically, donating to the “fund” is free to you but of immeasurable value to patients around the world. We’ll even give you a discount on our products, and we’ll never sell your data. That’s our solemn pledge to you.
