Dec 2025: We upgraded our backbone Internet to 10Gb fiber to make our services even faster.
Oct 2025: Doctors are now using Sign-Off Helper with NextGen (self-hosted) and saving at least an hour a day signing their APC’s charts. Dr. Tesser from AZ Arthritis says it’s “the greatest thing since sliced bread!”
Jan 2025: Doctors are now signing thousands of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring documents from Rheumera (all redundant, yet required by insurance companies) with a single click of the mouse, saving over 1 million clicks/keystrokes a month for AZ Arthritis alone.
June 2024: Our website just got a facelift! Also, the website for the metrics product will soon be migrated to https://MetricsMD.com
May 2024: We migrated some of our services to the cloud to handle more customers. Lots of new features were added to the metrics product, including the ability for enterprises to track multiple companies.
April 2024: Our beta-testing for the metrics product is complete and we're releasing it to select customers.
June 17, 2023: Chart Helper, LLC was officially organized. Let the R&D begin!
